I am a current serving British Army Physical Training Instructor and have been since September 2009. I have gained a lot of experience training my platoon/company/regiment and even trained new recruits when they initially join the Army in Catterick.
This experience is what I will bring to the table when you come to a session and it will all be controlled in a civilian environment with a Military style.

The lessons will be structured to allow everyone to work hard and have fun at the same time. There will be groupings from beginners to advanced and nothing will be asked from you if I couldn't achieve it myself.
No matter what experience you have or how unfit you feel you are, everyone of all ages are welcome to experience fitness that current soldiers are going through
