North Manchester Fitness is an all-inclusive fitness group for people of all ages, all abilities and all levels of fitness. We have fitness sessions on every day of the week led by qualified, experienced coaches. Our members range from marathon runners who are very competitive to people who prefer to do more gentle, chair-based exercises.
