Japanese Kickboxing is a high energy class with constant movement from the beginning. Skipping, aerobic and anaerobic exercise. Bag work sparring and when necessary (not compulsory) preparation for Local, National and International tournaments.
All students follow a syllabus that covers techniques and combinations from beginners to Black belt. Excellent for all abilities as we will get you fit from the beginning in a comfortable progression.
