Natya Aerobics Online Fitness Classes for Women has a holistic approach towards health and wellbeing with every session having combination of various exercises including, - Dance aerobics - Free weights training, - Yoga, - Abs workout, - Breathing exercises - Tips on healthy living.
Classes are held on week days from Monday to Thursday
Mid morning class runs from 9:30 to 10:30am
If you are struggling with weight gain due to menopause, diabetes, postpartum weight or because of being stuck at home during Covid, then come along and join the Natya Aerobics fitness classes for women.
I run an early morning session from 7am to 8am GMT especially for working women and there is a class from 9:30 am to 10:30 am for homemakers and women who work flexi hours.
The Natya Aerobics and Natya Shakti Yoga workouts are geared to improve your stamina, muscle strength and flexibility while constantly burning belly fat. The sessions will include dance aerobics, free weight training, power yoga, abs workout, breathing and relaxation.
A typical class includes 5min Warm ups 15 min Cardio workout 15min Weights training 15 min Abs workout 10 min Stretch & Tone with Yoga I have set two challenges for us to achieve in the next 12 weeks 😅

The classes run for an hour from Monday to Thursday every week.
All you need for the classes are comfortable clothing, a yoga mat, weights (dumbells or if you dont have dumbells 1 or 2 litre water bottles), ankle weights (optional) and 2 comfortable cushions.
