Our normal day to day routine has been put on hold but I am here to announce that I am starting a VIRTUAL INSANITY CLASS for those of you who are lost at home and are in need of exercise. My main goal is to make sure you are all kept sane during these difficult times.
Once class is booked through MOVEGB , your details will be added the the book when website and when that happens, you will receive an email with the zoom meeting ID.
