CLASS AIM: To enable mums to develop their health and fitness whilst their babies watch, play and nap.
THE FOCUS: Tailored classes specifically designed for the post natal bodies and their specific needs (building pelvic floor strength, fat loss, strength training and mobility).
Classes begin with a group warm up followed by a strength/skill section and finishing with a sweaty workout. Every movement is scaled to each mums ability. You'll be surrounded by like minded mums and a coach, who support and encourage you throughout.
