DUFFA are a beginner friendly Ultimate Frisbee club.
Ultimate Frisbee is a non contact mixed team sport played 7-a-side outside and 5-a-side indoors (during winter). You pass the frisbee between team mates without running with the frisbee similar to netball and to score you catch the frisbee in the end zone.
At DUFFA we run pick-up sessions for beginners up to experienced players which mean we turn up throw a little then play games for an hour or two. We are easy come and easy go and charge nothing for the outdoor sessions (indoor charges are to cover cost of hall hire). We play twice a week whatever the weather in Didsbury, Manchester on Thursday and Sundays (or Bank Holiday Mondays). The indoor sessions run from September to April.
