We practice and teach Cheng Man Ch'ing Tai Chi. Predominantly the 37 form. It's taken from the Yang style of TaiChi and we work through basic movements and basic push hands.

All abilities are welcome to join us and it's excellent preparation for learning the martial aspects of the form and or the sword forms.

Light loose clothing and a bottle of water is needed.
