Who is Zumba for? Zumba is aimed at people of all ages, sizes, shapes and ability. You do NOT need any previous dance experience.
What do I wear to Zumba ? You can wear any type of fitness clothes to sweat pants, shorts, tank tops, t-shirts; anything comfortable and cool.
I can't get the steps! What should I do? Don't worry if you find you're making mistakes here and there, or feel you have two left feet. My advice is just relax, have fun and enjoy yourself - that's all that counts. In Zumba ® there is no such thing as a mistake - just your own variation!
What should I bring to Zumba ? Water! Be sure to stay hydrated before, during and after class. A towel. Get friends to come with you! They'll give you extra motivation.
