A general level, mixed abilities class, at a steady, calm pace, where you are encouraged to practice at your level of the posture.
✨ Inversions practiced (variations offered) ✨ Pranayama (breathing techniques) ✨ Guided relaxation
Alongside some strong postures that deepen your practice and take you on a journey of opening up your body, gentler variations will be offered. Breathing, meditation & proper relaxation will be woven in.
A classic, non-flowing class (except for sun salutation).
With regular practice you will soon notice old aches and pains easing and will become stronger, more flexible and better at dealing with stress.
