🐝 A flowing yoga class, that will listen to the weather, the environment, changes & general needs that arrive each week
MOVE - BREATHE & RELAX IN AN ACTIVE, YET NURTURING WAY
🐝 Level 1-2 class. Lots of familiar postures, with demonstration & instruction, allowing you to work at a calm, steady pace, reconnecting body & mind
🐝 Each session concludes with relaxation &/or seated meditation
🐝 An "energising yet calm" class, for those who prefer an uncomplicated practice, moderate pace, with time to work with what you've got.
🐝 Open level - mixed abilities class.
