An energising and restorative morning vinyasa flow class - great for the mind and body. This 30 minute blast will help you wake up - with some calmer poses to start and then more flow to finish. Currently running as virtual live group sessions on Teams. Join me for a class which will leave you feeling both relaxed and that you have worked your body :)
My classes are a LGBTQ+ and global majority (non-white) safe space, everybody is welcome.
Before the class please prepare a thick cushion (or yoga block if you have one) and a blanket to use as props.
