An energising and restorative evening 1 hour vinyasa flow class - great for the mind and body. Currently running regularly as virtual live group sessions using TEAMS. Join me for a class which will leave you feeling both relaxed and that you have worked your body and calmed your mind :)
My classes are a LGBTQ+ and global majority (non-white) safe space, everybody is welcome.
Before the class please prepare a thick cushion (or yoga block if you have one) and a blanket to use as props.
