STRENGTH combines range of movement, weights and recovery into one 40-50 min small group class (16px). During the workout, you will use our bespoke Fitbenches to work on improving yoru strength, range of motion and confidence. Our strength classes focus on the purest form of strength, weight lifting.
Each class forms part of an eight week progressive program with a particular focus on a a specific muscle group. You can join at any point during the program.
This class will help you improve your lifting form and technique no matter your level. All of our workouts are finished off with our signature recovery, focusing on breath work and dynamic stretching to help maximise your recovery.
We strongly believe that you should train hard, but recover harder to minimise injury and ensure you can train for tomorrow.
