Once you have booked you will receive a link via Email which will allow you to join the class. Please ensure your Email address is correct.
For the sessions you will need the following items of equipment: 1. A yoga mat. Or a thin mattress or a thick bath towel you can lay on. 2. Small hand weights. Or heavy water bottles or tin cans you have at home. 3. A sponge ball. Or a football, a firm pillow or yoga block. 4, A small stool. Footstool or a small box will do. 5. Resistance band or an old pair of tights/leggings you have at home.
