My aim is to deliver behavioural and nutritional support as well as general fitness coaching, educating people on how to use, improve and maintain their bodies. I believe in approaching fitness from a realistic approach that can be applied to real peoples' lifestyles.
I offer one hour sessions, but if you don't have that much time for each session, I offer 30 minute sessions as well.
