There is enough space to connect to your breath so that you leave feeling more vibrant and energised that when you stepped into class.
The class is open to all from beginner to advanced as there are options advised and given to all so that you make the practice work for you.
Each week there is a different creative sequence so that no practice is ever the same, but with enough repetition to allow you to begin to build a sustainable practice.
Rosemarie is a long time Yogi having done her first teacher training in 1999. She has been practicing Yoga for over 20 years. Her classes are creative, holistic, grounded and with a contemporary twist due to her eclectic playlist!
She has practiced a number of different styles of yoga including Hatha, Ashtanga, Sivananda, Iyengar, Kundalini and Bikram.
After a break in teaching, due to illness, she slowly and carefully re-built her practice and teaching first with restorative yoga and then she found a passion for Vinyasa Flow Yoga. Loving the feeling of openness and space created with expansion in mind and body. This she loves to pass on to her students.
She is fully qualified and insured with the British Wheel of Yoga BWY (500 hours), as well as teacher trained in Sivananda (200 hours).
Although she is known for teaching creative vinyasa yoga she specialises in teaching privately one on one; particularly busy women over 40 who are feeling burned out through stress and busy-ness and who want to restore and bring more balance in their lives as well as maintain a healthy body.
