The GYROKINESIS® Method taps into spinal mobility, flexibility and true strength. Drawing from swimming-like movements, sequences are performed sitting, standing, and on the floor. Kindall is a professionally trained dancer and certified GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® Trainer with over 8 years of experience. She has worked with people of different ages, abilities, and backgrounds and caters each session towards your needs.
She loves utilizing her experience and knowledge from Dance and Sports Science to further help each client increase fluidity in movement, strength and awareness in postural alignment.
