Bootcamp sessions are designed to get your heart pumping and your muscles burning. We'll build strength and cardio using a range of equipment and bodyweight exercises.
Sessions are suitable for all abilities and all exercises can be modified to suit your needs.
Please come prepared for the weather - I recommend lots of layers you can add or take away. 🌧❄️ We will be working out in a field - you will get a little dirty and you might get wet.
Sessions are compliant with current COVID guidelines for outdoor group exercise.
