Derived from the traditional Bikram Yoga sequence, our 60 minute class includes 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises in a warm environment. Not as hot as a Bikram Yoga studio, our bubble is heated to around 37 degrees. The yoga sequence is suitable for all levels from beginners to advanced.
