With 30 mins of yoga for yourself before we follow with yoga, songs and movement for the mini yogis! Postures focus on strengthening abdomen, back and pelvic floor muscles, and releasing tension. Classes are suitable for mothers from 6 weeks after birth and for babies up until crawling.
