This class is an active flexibility splits class! We will be working on your end range of motion to not only make sure you're beautifully flexible but also strong!
Each week we will alternate between front splits & middle splits.
It is NOT a requirement for you to already be flexible to join this class! Everybody is welcome including complete beginners.
It is recommended that you wear comfortable clothing.
Please ensure you arrive 5 minutes before the class start time & wait in the hallway until the instructor advises you to enter the studio. To ensure safety, all students must participate in a thorough warmup & if you miss the first 5 minutes of class you will be turned away - no exceptions.
Cancellation policy: If you cancel class within 24 hours of it taking place you will not be issued a refund.
