This class is designed for people who are comfortable with the basics & want to explore the world upside down!
We will look at the fundamentals of being upside down through leg hangs, laybacks, etc.
There will be a mixture of spins, tricks, dance & floor work during these sessions.
It is recommended that you attend a full term at L2 before moving to this class. However, as long as you can invert on at least one side you are welcome to join.
Please ensure you arrive 5 minutes before the class start time & wait in the hallway until the instructor advises you to enter the studio. To ensure safety, all students must participate in a thorough warmup & if you miss the first 5 minutes of class you will be turned away - no exceptions.
Cancellation policy: If you cancel class within 24 hours of it taking place you will not be issued a refund.
