During these classes we will continue to build on strength & stamina but spending more time on the pole. We'll start to explore different contact points allowing us to make some really interesting shapes!
This class is designed to bridge the gap between beginner & intermediate so you can nail the fundamentals before moving upside down! We will be working on inverting techniques, etc. during these classes.
There will be a mixture of spins, tricks, dance & floor work during these sessions.
It is recommended that you attend one full term in L1 before moving to this class. However, as long as you have a basic understanding of the grips required you may attend.
Please ensure you arrive 5 minutes before the class start time & wait in the hallway until the instructor advises you to enter the studio. To ensure safety, all students must participate in a thorough warmup & if you miss the first 5 minutes of class you will be turned away - no exceptions.
Cancellation policy: If you cancel class within 24 hours of it taking place you will not be issued a refund.
