This intro to pole is perfect for absolute beginners!
This class will consist of mainly grounded techniques & the focus is to get you comfortable using the pole whilst building up strength & stamina.
There will be a mixture of spins, tricks, dance & floor work during these sessions.
Please do not moisturise or fake tan 24 hours prior to class to ensure you don't slide off the pole! Shorts & vest/sports bra are ideal (the more skin on show, the more grip you will have on the pole).
Please ensure you arrive 5 minutes before the class start time & wait in the hallway until the instructor advises you to enter the studio. To ensure safety, all students must participate in a thorough warmup & if you miss the first 5 minutes of class you will be turned away - no exceptions.
Cancellation policy: If you cancel class within 24 hours of it taking place you will not be issued a refund.
