Get ready to learn the fundamentals of wearing heels!
This class will contain specific heels conditioning, the core foundational movements, variations (& progressions) & sequences! So it's jam packed.
No heel experience is necessary to join this class & you can wear sandals or boots - whatever you have!
Please wear shorts as knee grip may be required & feel free to bring your pole shoes along with you*
It's also highly recommended you bring knee pads also.
*Shoes must be specifically designed for pole, such as Pleasers or Hella Heels
Please ensure you arrive 5 minutes before the class start time & wait in the hallway until the instructor advises you to enter the studio. To ensure safety, all students must participate in a thorough warmup & if you miss the first 5 minutes of class you will be turned away - no exceptions.
Cancellation policy: If you cancel class within 24 hours of it taking place you will not be issued a refund.
