During this class we will take all the fundamentals from Beginner level & start building to increase your strength & stamina.
We'll be exploring moves in & around the hoop, utilising the top bar, side bar & strop.
Also, we will explore different mounts & dismounts to increase your hoop repertoire!
These classes are jam packed full of splits, straddles, balances, rolls & much more!
There are a number of pre-requisites to attend this class: Delilah & open Delilah mount, Pike mount (using feet), Straddle mount (using feet, if needed) & Hock hang (no hands).
Please ensure you arrive 5 minutes before the class start time & wait in the hallway until the instructor advises you to enter the studio. To ensure safety, all students must participate in a thorough warmup & if you miss the first 5 minutes of class you will be turned away - no exceptions.
Cancellation policy: If you cancel class within 24 hours of it taking place you will not be issued a refund.
