This class is suitable for complete beginners!
Classes will focus on building strength & stamina whilst getting you comfortable interacting with the hoop. We'll be learning all the terminology along with the main grip points to ensure you're ready for your aerial hoop journey!
The classes will consist of a combination of floor flow, moves under the lower bar, pretty sits & layouts as well as basic mounts & dismounts!

Please wear leggings, long sleeved top & bring socks with you. Layers are your friend!
Please ensure you arrive 5 minutes before the class start time & wait in the hallway until the instructor advises you to enter the studio. To ensure safety, all students must participate in a thorough warmup & if you miss the first 5 minutes of class you will be turned away - no exceptions.
Cancellation policy: If you cancel class within 24 hours of it taking place you will not be issued a refund.
