This fun fitness class uses the principles of Ballet to give you an all over body workout. Open to all levels this is a great way to tone, strengthen, and improve fitness and flexibility by incorporating some of the traditional movements and foundations of the Ballet genre. Exercises will be taken at the barre and in the centre and can be taken at your own pace and level. No prior experience of Dance or Ballet is required and this class is open to all adult ages, gender and fitness levels. A great way to introduce yourself to this beautiful and strong dance style.
