Our First-Timers session is the best way to start your training at Kao Loi Gym. We make sure that when you join in our regular sessions you have the knowledge you need to fully enjoy your training!
After filling out our health screening form we will show you the facilities at our gym.
We will introduce you to the techniques you will use during our sessions, including those listed below. You will also learn how to hold pads safely for a partner, and how to use a punch bag. This information usually forms part of our Fat Buster sessions, and a bigger part of our Pad Blaster and Thai Boxing sessions.
Finally we will explain a little more about our gym and the classes that we run, as well as answering any questions you may have.
