Vent your energy, and develop strength and stamina during this pad whacking workout!
You will burn a serious amount of calories in a Stamina sapping hour long workout. We will give you feedback to improve your techniques, as well as showing you some new ones.
You will also be training alongside some of our experienced instructors and competitors who are a great source of support and motivation.
You never know, you might be training next to a future World Champion!
