Functional exercise to develop a strong body, pilates helps build your core and improve your posture and co-ordination by targeting the deeper supportive muscles.
The class is suitable for ALL abilities as I give plenty of levels, and make adaptations where needed.
Pilates is great for increasing core strength, reducing back pain, improving posture and compliments activities such as running and cycling. I am also qualified in pre/post natal.
Having run award winning PILATES classes in Leeds for over 12 years, this is my first in the area since recently moving to Calderdale.
I am also available for bespoke private pilates sessions and also run classes for businesses either within work premises or at a studio.
