Bring whatever moves you whip out on the dance floor and we'll improve your fitness levels, learn routines, get sweaty and have a fantastic time. This class isn't about perfecting dance moves or being a pro dancer, it's about keeping fit and discovering that exercise can be fun!
Each class starts with a warm up to get that heart rate up, we then move on to a cardio-focused high energy, short amalgamation section to improve your fitness levels. I'll then teach an easy-to-learn dance routine to some absolute tunes. It's a new dance routine every week to challenge the mind and body. Finishing off with a relaxing cool down.
