We have added Reformer Pilates to our programme to help you have both a stretching and strengthening workout. Your core is the central pillar of your movement, physical strength, and strength of mind. These 45 minutes are time to forget about the day-to-day hassles and intensely focus on yourself on your journey toward your goals. Dynamica takes Dr Joseph Pilates’ method to the next level, adding a real cardio-vascular element but always ensuring that the core is the prime focus. Your whole body will be exercised; your muscles will be stretched and toned as you exercise to music, using the Reformer machine and weights.
