This class leads you through some of the core foundational asanas of Yoga while working with alignment of some of the fundamental poses.
The class focuses on slow controlled movements and stretches. Working through asanas to keep your body and mind balanced. Standing strengthening poses will strengthen your legs, allow you to stand tall and proud. Deep floor stretches will help you to find and keep the flexibility in the body. Ending with a relaxation to help you finish putting a DEEP GLOW on.
