Our classes are inclusive and suitable for everyone, regardless of your fitness level or body type. These sessions offer a medium-intensity workout that can be adjusted to accommodate various fitness levels, allowing you to progress at your own comfortable pace.
During our classes, we groove to the vibrant beats of Latin music and rhythms from around the world. You don’t need any prior dance experience to join us. We warmly welcome individuals aged 18 and above.
To ensure your comfort during the class, we recommend bringing along a water bottle and a towel, as things can get quite sweaty.
