CrossFit Lite is a strength and conditioning program where you will be taught the basic, functional movements of CrossFit. This will focus on your fitness, strength, coordination, speed and more. Push, pull, jump, throw, squat and drive yourself to be the fittest you have ever been, while we prepare you to take on the more skilful and demanding elements of CrossFit.
Suitable for beginners/people who are new to CrossFit.
