A cool, fun, enjoyable HipHop class that promises a great time and a great sweat. Ideal for those who have never danced or done HipHop before. But!!!! It's also great fun for those who have some dance experience.
Classes are extremely fun, relaxed, suitable for all fitness or lack of fitness levels, easy to follow steps, lots of sweat, giving you that feel good vibe, and the music is kinda hot too!!
