Our dynamic Yoga is based on creative sequencing, moving with the breath. Students are constantly reminded to lengthen the breath and slow the move to feel the breath and to feel the posture. All the classes finish with guided relaxation, Pranayama and meditation.
Every class focuses on a different ‘peak pose’ or theme and you will always learn something new.
You can expect to gain strength, flexibility and core stability and will feel mentally uplifted and relaxed.
Although this is a dynamic form of yoga, beginners are encouraged to give it a try and take it at their own pace. Non-competitiveness within the class is encouraged throughout.
