The benefit of personal training is that the individual receives flexibility (in the booking of sessions), reliability, and the total attention from me for the whole hour.
As everyone is individual, each client benefits from sessions that are tailor made to reach their goals, with each session being different to keep them motivated.
I have trained clients with a variety of goals, ranging from running a marathon, to the older person wanting to improve their general fitness and balance. I have also trained women before, during and after their pregnancies.
This is not the only location available. I am available for training at their homes,office, wherever convenient.
