The fitness consultation looks at a variety of components to see where you currently are, where you would like to be and the best way to get there. It is broken down into different areas:
Goal Setting, Lifestyle, Static Screening, Strength Testing, Functional Movement Screening, Training Plan, Physiotherapy Screening and Diet Consultation.
