A fundamental part of the service is our initial consultation. It serves to build a complete physical and mental picture of you & your goals.
The Initial Consultation includes an hour Fitness Assessment and Dietary Analysis.
The Fitness Assessment allows us to gain a clear picture of your previous experiences, successors and failures. We will examine the mobility of your body through a Functional Movement Screening and assess any limitations that may cause future complications.
Your trainer will work with you on developing a series of goals for the short and long term.
For your Dietary Analysis you will be asked to complete a 5 day food diary. This will be an opportunity to discover more about the positive and negative aspects of your diet, and a chance to be guided through a process of dietary change.
Whether your goal is muscle gain, fat loss or you just want to feel more energized and improve digestion; our company Nutritionist and your trainer will guide you through the changes you may require.
