Cardio tennis is similar to interval training which is periods of high intensity followed by short periods of rest. Interval training is the best way to train for optimal health and fitness.

In about an hour, you can get an AMAZING workout, socialize, and enjoy tennis - all at once.

Cardio tennis sessions run for 1 hour. Bring some water and a heart rate monitor if you have one. We have a small number to lend out and also have some for sale if you wish to buy.
