What is the DeRose Method?
DeRose Method combines techniques and concepts that develop better overall human performance and more quality of life. The practice generates more energy, strength, flexibility, focus and balance. Some of our techniques are respiratory exercises, breathing, physical positions, meditation, concentration, relaxation and stress management. The method’s aim is to increase consciousness and self-awareness.
