NOTE: This is an online class that will be delivered to you in your home via Zoom- you will be emailed a link to the class 10 minutes before its start time. We will send the link to the email address you use for your Move account.
We'll move steadily and consistently in this, our most physically strenuous class. Clear instructions will help newer practitioners understand the different postures, while different options will be offered to challenge more advanced practitioners.
Expect to start with slow steady warm ups, get moving and work up a bit of a sweat, then wind down to a calm and relaxed finish. If you have never done flow yoga before, please try out our Friday evening slow flow class before booking on to one of our flow classes :)
