This class is suitable for people with at least 6 months consistent yoga practice. Having a class of more experienced students will give us the chance to try out some more advanced postures, with a different focus each week. Expect to start with slow steady warm-ups, get moving and work up a bit of a sweat, then wind down to finish with a guided relaxation.
