Our Highbury Fields Camp is the North London Hub for outdoor fitness. Our group here is made up of local residents and busy professionals.
We focus on our 3 core principles, which are to make every session FUN, EFFECTIVE, and SOCIAL. The expert training team will push you hard, but always with a smile.
Swift Sessions are extremely effective. We aim to burn around 700 calories every session. We keep the body guessing, working every muscle equally, as well as focusing on the main areas most people want to improve on like, Arms, Abs, Legs and Bum.
