You will work all major muscle groups with a combination of HiIT exercises, weight training and bodyweight exercises. Tackle core muscles, legs and arms in this all-body workout while having fun and get your sweat on. No matter your skill or fitness level or experience. You will enjoy and feel challenged with new goals accomplished every week. We guarantee you won’t get bored – but you will work hard!
This class is a great complementary session for all other dance classes or aerial skills, as well as generally improving your stamina, strength and confidence. No need for complicated exercise routines, these core moves are suitable for everyone and are guaranteed to show results! If you are running late for a class, please do call reception to let us know.
Please be aware that if you are more than 10 minutes late, you may not be able to join, as it may be after the warm up. Also, please note we require a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellations.
