Backs & Shoulders class Suitable for all levels
In this class, we will work on increasing flexibility, mobility, strength and stability of your shoulders, back and hip flexors. Using rubber bands, straps and partner stretches this class will help you open up the tight areas of your upper body.
What to wear? Wear warm, comfortable clothing!
Zero Minutes Lateness Policy Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your class, you will not be allowed to attend a class if you have missed the warm up, as it is not safe. We operate a 24 hour notice of cancellation policy.
