Aerial Hoop Level 2 Progression from level 1 hoop,
During these classes we will work on conditioning, technique and tricks beyond the beginner movements. We will also work on sequences on a hoop to develop an aerial routine.
This is a challenging class for those that want to learn to play in the air. Improve your strength and flexibility while having fun!
What to wear Please wear long leggings to this class
If you are running late for a class, please do call reception to let us know. If you are more than 10 minutes late for a class, you may not be allowed to enter, as you would have missed the warmup. Also, please note we require a minimum of 12 hours notice for cancellations.
