During these classes we will work on conditioning, technique and tricks for beginners. We will also work on sequences on a hoop to develop an aerial routine.
This is a challenging class for those that want to learn to play in the air. Improve your strength and flexibility while having fun!

Zero Minutes Lateness Policy Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your class, you will not be allowed to attend a class if you have missed the warm up, as it is not safe. We operate a 24 hour notice of cancellation policy.
